Has excellent scoring instincts and tremendous puck-handling skills. Owns plenty of size to be able to handle the physical play of the pro game. Can play any forward position.
Flaws:
Lacks intensity at times. Doesn't use his 6-3, 215-pound frame enough to score in high-traffic areas. Also needs more work without the puck and in defensive-zone coverage.
Career Potential:
Inconsistent but talented scoring forward with a little upside.

"For me, I need him to play solid, and if he does, gets rewarded with a goal tonight, great. That's a bonus." Wolski is getting yet another chance to contribute in a top-six role in the NHL. He'll be on a line with a great playmaker at center in Mike Ribeiro and Troy Brouwer at right wing. It's a situation worth monitoring because he's still 26 and three seasons from performing at a reasonable level, but we have our doubts this will stick: In 104 games over the last two seasons (spent with three different teams), he has only 47 points.
