Assets:	A supremely gifted right-fielder with incredible baseball instincts, he's one of the greatest contact hitters ever. A prolific singles hitter & run scorer, he also has a great throwing arm & base-stealing speed.
Flaws:	Doesn't possess a lot of home-run power and doesn't hit a lot of doubles, either. Also doesn't take a lot of walks. Is not seen as a clubhouse leader, despite his superstar status. Is in decline.

The 39-year-old is hitting just .220 and has been relegated to the bottom of the Yankees lineup, but if he can start hitting he will likely return to a position that will yield better numbers. Even stars like Ichiro burn out eventually, though, so don't set your hopes too high for the aging outfielder at this point in his career.

It looks like Ichiro will continue to occupy the second spot in the Yankees lineup, which is good news for his fantasy value. Of course, he's still not going to be much of an RBI guy; even when he picks up a hit with a guy on second, it's far from guaranteed that it'll produce a run.
