A great route runner with excellent hands and clutch ability in the end zone. Uses his quickness to beat jams and get separation. Has become very reliable and mature after a shaky early start to his pro career. A fine blocker.
Flaws:
Doesn't get as much consistently big yardage as he did earlier in his career, and with age has morphed into somewhat of a possession guy. Has occasional ball security issues.
Career Potential:
Perennial Pro Bowl wideout.

Roddy White goes for 100 yards in Week 20 | 01/20/2013 7:17 PM
News
Roddy White caught seven passes for 100 yards in Atlanta's year-ending NFC title game loss to San Francisco.

Although he was quieter than Julio Jones -- who registered a ridiculous 6/120/2 stat line in the game's first 16 minutes alone -- White made crucial chain-moving catches to keep drives alive and "sustain" offense. White, however, cost his quarterback by slipping on a third-quarter route, and Matt Ryan's pass was intercepted by 49ers LCB Chris Culliver. San Francisco was unable to capitalize as David Akers banged a 38-yard field goal off the left upright. White turned 31 in November, but he still has spring in his legs and will be a borderline WR1 in 2013 drafts. An early-career deep threat, White has emerged as one of the league's premier short-to-intermediate receivers in recent years.

He and Julio Jones tied for the team lead with 10 targets. Shadowed for the majority of the game by a trash-talking Richard Sherman, White finally burned the All-Pro with a 47-yard touchdown that appeared to put the game out of reach at 20-0 late in the second quarter. White could have added a second score, but Matt Ryan was late with the throw, allowing Sherman to deflect it in the end zone.

White missed a ton of practice time in December, but never a game. It's good timing for White to be back to 100 percent, as he and Julio Jones will be contending with Seattle's imposing cornerback duo of Richard Sherman and Brandon Browner in Sunday's game.

"It's feeling good," White said of the right knee. "I think the second week was really the turning point for everything. I feel a lot more comfortable. I feel like I can move around and do lateral movements and stuff like that instead of just running straight." White first popped up on the injury report in Week 15 and was a game-time decision for the final three weeks. He'll be full go when the Falcons take on the Redskins or Seahawks next week in the Divisional Round of the playoffs.
