Big, strong, athletic, and has a knack for finding openings and making big catches. Has enough speed to run away from defenders on deep plays. Fights hard for yards after the reception and contact.
Flaws:
Lacks explosiveness and elite speed. Durability is a question mark. Still needs work rounding out his entire game, especially at fighting the jam and running better routes.
Career Potential:
Possession receiver with top-tier talent.

Impact
Thomas' 17-yard score in the fourth quarter was one of his patented catch-and-run numbers, but it was an otherwise disastrous day for Denver's ascendant No. 1 receiver. He hurt the Broncos with two calamitous drops, and never got on the same page with Peyton Manning. He was targeted on just seven of Manning's 43 pass attempts. Thomas' 94/1,434/10 regular season has him locked-in as a second-round talent in next summer's fantasy drafts, but it's going to be a long offseason for a former first-round pick who's come all the way back from a torn Achilles' tendon.
