An explosive returner with good skills at the wide receiver position. Elusive, speedy and gets the most out of his routes. Can rush the ball as well, giving him appeal in option setups. A big-play threat.
Flaws:
Unpolished as a receiver. Lacks size and physicality in general and needs to add muscle mass to deal with the jam. Needs to learn how to get better separation downfield.
Career Potential:
Good return man / depth possession receiver.

Impact
A messy salary-cap situation has given the Steelers restructure fever. Signed to a six-year, $43.04 million deal just last July, Brown's 2013 base salary is only $2 million. That means the savings will be minimal. Ben Roethlisberger should be up next.
